Have you ever been told- you’re so skinny! Gosh, So much of fat!!

Oppss, why don’t you decrease your diet? Why don’t you increase your diet? Eat a lot more.. eat a little less…

So why people always are obsessed with bodies these days? Why many of us are still doing this??

We are taught not to touch the bodies of strangers but then, why are we totally fine commenting on others bodies?

When it comes to anything, in this body-conscious world, one’s body shame can greatly impact.

It contributes to low self-esteem, which impacts who you choose, how you expect to be treated, what kinds of boundaries you have, and how you treat others.

Always remember- Body shame, and not body weight, can be a barrier.

If you feel shame about your body, you will always find yourself hiding from everyone.

You may cover up with extra clothing, or sit in the back of a room full of people, or stay silent when they have things to say.

If this is so, then trying pushing yourself out. Go outside with less coverage, just for a short time probably.

Sit in front of a room, where more people can see you.

Just push yourself.

It is tough to thank a body, you’re being shamed for!

Take some time out, your body carries you every day, keeps you alive!

Think of what and how it has always been with you rather than those who have been shaming you! Take out your time to thank your body!

Things like these are complicated because you make them so.

Leave behind the comments, break the barriers- be your own self and celebrate being you for what you look like from within.

Afterall, everyone is beautiful- You’re Beautiful.!
